I have got call from Bajaj Person for personal Loan of Rs. 5lac/- for which i have to take policy & they told me to pay Rs.16666/- as 2 months EMI which i paid to ” Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.” through net banking & also filled appliacation forms.

Now Bajaj people are saying that it was a fraud call but they are not saying anything about the payment which i have paid online.

I have checked with Local Bajaj Allianz office & they are saying that amount which i paid is correct means there is no spelling mistake like Bajaj Alliance etc.

I have also filed FIR at local police station but Police & local Bajaj People are saying that if i file in consumer court than my money will be refunded quickly,

What is your suggestion on this?

Please guide me.

I have a problem of not getting the credits into my credit card account of SBI against the cancellations of railway tickets done through IRCTC internet transaction. This problem is between 25th August 2016 and 7th October 2016 and spread over five transactions. IRCTC says they have cancelled the tickets and refunded as per procedure. SBI is at a loss to know about it and they have not confirmed the credit. I have taken up both with IRCTC as well as SBI by mail as well as letters by Speed Post on 8th October 2016. There are several mails I have sent to both these parties. The replies are vague. Ultimately I could get one specific data from IRCTC which I am submitting below. I have forwarded this data also to SBI from where I am yet to hear. I stay in Palakkad (Kerala). If I have to file a consumer complaint before the Dist. Consumer Forum what are the formalities I am supposed to follow? Please advise me. Regards.

We approached the Mall for exchange of the damaged product but they refused for it. I want to know whether these products are comes under Consumer forum purview or not. If it comes under purview how i need to proceed to get better compensation or exchange.

There is a leakage from the flat above mine due to water continuously drips in my house. I have raised this matter with the owner of the flat (who has let out the falt to a family) by sending letters to him via courier. I have also been writing emails to the flat owner with a .cc to my society members. I had requested a contractor to inspect the leakage and provide a quotation. The quotation of the repair is about 50k. I do not want to share the cost of the repair and hence the owner of the flat is not ready to carry out the repair in his flat. What are the options that are available for me to ensure that the owner goes ahead with the repairs?

The amount was deducted thrice from my account.
I sent an email to uber cistomer support in this regard but they are not giving a proper response.

I have following querries:
1. What is the stamp value for afirmation?
2. I live in Gurgaon (Haryana) and my opposite party is in New Delhi. In which jurisdiction do I buy stamp/ stamp paper from?
3. Do I have to submit to the court that complaint is filed under so & so clause of the law to make my case admissible? if yes, what are the clauses and where can I find them?
4. I and my son (NRI) has identical disputes against the same party. Do we have to file separate complaints or one complaint? I have a GPA from my son. Is the good enough authorisation to file and represent case on his behalf?

I am Jaideep Joseph, I would like to start by thanking you for putting up an excellent website on helping people with consumer complaints.

I am struggling with QUIKR Doorsteps (e-commerce). I sold my used Air Conditioner through QUIKR Doorsteps, the QUIKR Doorsteps team came to pick up the AC from my place and delivered it to the buyer who made a payment to the QUIKR portal online. I was told was by Quikr team that the payment willbe credited in my bank account within 48 hours. This was on April 21, 2016. I haven’t received my payment yet. I have written multiple emails and made uncountable phone calls to the QUIKR Doorstep Customer Care number but sadly I have not received the payment.

I have spoken and written to the senior management staff in the call center but every time I get false promises of payment being credited the next day.

Binoy sir, please help and guide me to file a compliant against QUIKR DOORSTEPS in consumer court. It has cost me a great deal of emotional trauma and frustration.

Your help will be really a ray of hope in the dark

this time on battery there was a sticker of my original product and under that there is some other sitcker,i checked serial no.of that sticker(not of my original one) and it’s warranty is showing expired on HP official site.So i want to know whether it is fraudulent done by HP as they are using used product in my tab,and am i eligible to file a case in consumer forum ? Please sir,reply as early as possible.
